Venice Beach have always oozed style and groove with their music, creating funk driven ear twitchers with that Parisian flare of shine and of course their next single does not stray from the path.
Titled 'The Ressless Adventure' the duo have served up three tracks of subtle brilliance. Kicking off the release is 'Kids of the lagoon', this downtempo roller is soaked in bass driven groove and melodic wonder, gentle repetitions and paded out synth riffs culminate in a solid but soothing tone to ease your senses into the release.
Hot on its heels is 'Late Night Disco' with its chunky up tempo beat and buzzing bass riff, all chances of back seated disco are thrown aside as this electrofied twist drags you to the dance floor to throw down some moves and change with the grooves. Rounding off the release is 'Ressless' which brings back the lost memories of those 70's disco bars. Staggered bass and intrusive synths contrast each other and meld into this reminiscent vibe of funky energy.
